🚨 POLICY 🚨 Each appointment requires a $15 deposit that goes toward your services. 🔔 ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO BE APPROVED🔔 If appointment is approved, i will gain the $15. If it is not, you will be refunded. (most appointments are approved. if it is not that means i am either 1, not available for that service at the time or 2, you might’ve booked a last minute appointment). please reach out to me for further assistance if denied or or for refunds. I do not refund deposits unless I cancel or something came up which is very unlikely. you will not be refunded for reasonings such as : if you miss your appointment, can’t make it, late and are cancelled, or want to reschedule the day of your appointment. anything that is on your end will not be refunded. 🚨 PLEASE do not come to me with a previous service still in your hair! i do not offer take down services such as braids, Sewins, quick weaves, ponytails, etc. All hair should be tangle free and ready to be prepped for your next wash, braid down, or style! You will either be cancelled or charged extra (IF that is an option at the time)🚨 Please do not come with extra people unless they’re being serviced as well. please do not come too early to an appointment, come at the time you booked for. i have a TEN minute grace period ONLY! if you will be more than 10 minutes late even if you are near the salon, we will need to cancel or reschedule or consult with me to make sure that is okay. all cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to your appointment or you’ll be charged a cancellation fee of 20% of your services. no shows will also be charged 20% of your service. if i cannot charge your card you will be banned from booking with me.. if you have a drop off item the address will be 468 n springboro pike. the drop off location is the same as the location of your appointment. please. we are closed on Mondaysfor drop offs, please contact me for Monday drop offs if need be. If not, proceed the following Tuesday. you can do drop offs during the hours of 10 AM and 3 pm TUES-SUN. If i am not present, please leave with my coworker. all appointments are made through my link unless i announce that i am taking walk ins or last minute appointments. i will get back to you before your appointment, always. normally i will reach out days prior to the appointment. i may have a delay in my responses, but i do not intend to stand anyone up. i will respond at my earliest convenience. . please note that everyone has different types of hair/length. although i do have time frames on my site, it’s just an estimate. If booking a lace or color services #1, please make sure you are purchasing HD or transparent lace! This will give you the most natural, realistic look! please make sure I have your lace piece/ hair a few days prior to your appointment or you will be cancelled (unless i arrange other plans) Preferably 3-5 business days before. i will only reapply your lace up to 72 hours after your appointment if it has lifted. lace is not meant for longevity and does not last for weeks! in fact, lace is only meant to be installed a week or two maybe 3 weeks (depending on your self maintenance) before you need a new install/touch up. you will need to book another appointment after 72 hours have gone by. The BEST bundles to purchase are BLUE BAND, raw or 12a bundles! (not from beauty supply store) Especially if you want body, and curls! For wigs, the best wigs to purchase are 150 density or better. (HD or transparent) and 13x6 for versatility. 13x4 if you’re just wanting a simple look. The higher the density, the thicker! Bundles can also be added to wigs! local companies i do recommend are PRETTY RAW or I am hair and i also have wigs on hand. amazon wigs are fine but please consult with me prior to purchasing. for quick weaves please get 100% human hair. (blaze, vizio, remy, pink lemon, etc.) i . Please pay attention when ordering lace/wigs! The best frontal wig to purchase is a 13x6. That is the most versatile! The parts are deeper! For closures, 4x4 are most common, or 5x5 are my personal preference especially if you want a side part or versatile look. I do have hair, wigs, bundles, etc. please reach out to me prior to your appointment to purchase. If receiving color service, you are to provide the color yourself. I highly suggest toning your 613 bundles/wigs if doing 613. This can be done with purple shimmer & lights shampoo or wells charm toner from local beauty supply or Sally’s... Please make sure that ALL extensions are DRY before coming to appointment. any stylplease do not come with any wet extensions, wigs or lace. Also if your wig/ extensions, etc needs washed you will need to book that as a separate appointment prior to your appointment. please do not sit inside salon at bowls or dryers to wait. we have a waiting area up in front.
